What Information Is Collected
When you submit the Discovery Call form, Resonare Living may collect your name, email address, phone number, selected area of interest, and anything you choose to share in the message field. You decide how much detail to include. Please avoid sending urgent crisis information or highly sensitive clinical details through the form.
How Form Submissions Are Handled
This website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify's form infrastructure. Netlify may temporarily store and process the information you submit so it can be delivered to Resonare Living. Resonare Living uses this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a Discovery Call, and communicate with you about services you have requested or asked about.
Email Communication
Resonare Living uses a Gmail setup configured in a HIPAA-compliant Google Workspace environment for email communication. Email is used for scheduling, follow-up, and basic service-related communication. Email is not generally end-to-end encrypted, so it is best not to include urgent, highly sensitive, or crisis-related information in email unless you have discussed that communication choice directly.
WhatsApp and Signal
Resonare Living may offer communication through WhatsApp and Signal. Both services provide end-to-end encryption for message content. These tools can be useful for scheduling or brief coordination when mutually agreed upon. They are not appropriate for emergencies, crisis support, or urgent clinical needs.
Coaching and Spiritual Counseling Are Not Psychotherapy
Resonare Living provides coaching and spiritual counseling, not psychotherapy, diagnostic treatment, or medical care. If you are seeking clinical psychotherapy, Cameron provides that through Peace Love Wellness, a separate clinical practice.
How Information Is Used
Information you share is used to respond to your request, determine whether Resonare Living may be an appropriate fit, schedule calls, and provide requested services. Resonare Living does not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services
This site and related communications may involve third-party services including Netlify, Google Workspace/Gmail, WhatsApp, and Signal. Each service has its own privacy and security practices. Resonare Living uses these tools to support communication and site operation, while keeping the amount of information collected as limited as practical.
Your Choices
You can choose what information to share in the contact form, request a different communication method, or ask for prior communication to be deleted when retention is no longer needed for scheduling, administrative, legal, or ethical purposes.
